Educational & Transfer Outlook
The Child Development Department offers Child Development/Early Childhood (EC) courses to meet varying needs, such as teacher aide, childcare administration, lead teacher in a preschool classroom, and CDA training. In addition, the department offers two academic transfer courses (TECA 1303 and TECA 1354) that are required to receive a teacher certification in EC through 6th grade.
